Job Summary
Greet customers and assist with convenience product choices while adhering to all store operations procedures, policies, and guidelines. Properly execute selling initiatives, follow food service programs and sanitation requirements, and train staff to ensure the Fast, Fresh and Friendly approach is implemented. Maintain full store operations in all weather conditions, including occasional exposure to dust, extreme temperatures, and contact with cleaning products. Requires standing, bending, and lifting in a retail environment. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Computer literacy
- Ability to operate a register
- Ability to learn policies and procedures
- Employees are expected to come to work and maintain full store operations in all weather conditions, unless closure of the store is ordered by the company
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a retail environment, preferred
