Job Summary
Customer Service Representative (CSS) for Execaire Aviation’s VIP Lounge at Pearson International Airport, Mississauga. Responsibilities include booking hotels, car/limo rentals, catering, overseeing commissary, ordering supplies, and ensuring a top-tier client experience from start to finish. Coordinating with Line Crew for prompt client-service responses, providing FBO administrative and sales support, and supporting the Customer Service Supervisor/General Manager. Shift adjustments may be needed to cover vacations, holidays, sick days, or varying volumes. Requires hospitality and aviation experience or familiarity, strong computer skills, and exceptional communication abilities to deliver outstanding client experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Hospitality industry experience desirable
- Aviation industry experience desirable
- Good computer skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Understanding of aviation flight planning platforms desirable
- Exceptional communications skills (verbal and written)
- Impeccable attention to detail
