Job Summary
Customer Service Representative responsible for communicating with customers via telephone, email, or in person to provide product information, take and enter orders, set up new accounts, and collect details of complaints. Maintain records of customer interactions, determine charges and process payments/credit card authorizations, and refer unresolved grievances to designated departments. Resolve service or billing issues through RMA processing, refunds, and coordinating with accounting to adjust bills; ensure changes are correctly implemented. Must be proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office, with strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills. On-site, first shift in New Oxford, PA; requires High School Diploma and manufacturing customer service experience. Hours are 8 AM–5 PM, Monday through Friday; starting pay rate is $26.45/hr.
