Job Summary
Greet and assist customers in the showroom, by phone, and through email while providing product information and recommending solutions. Prepare and follow up on customer quotes, process orders accurately, and answer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and order status. Assist walk-in customers with product selection and purchases, coordinate with warehouse and delivery personnel for timely fulfillment, and resolve service issues professionally. Maintain showroom displays, pricing, and documentation while supporting inside sales efforts to increase sales and customer satisfaction. Work full-time Monday through Friday at $19.00-$21.00 per hour with health, dental, and vision benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service, retail sales, showroom sales, or inside sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
