Job Summary
Conduct outbound fundraising calls to thank supporters, connect with donors, engage event participants, and inspire monthly giving. Find new child sponsors, welcome new donors, and renew event participants while maintaining a warm, friendly voice for major Canadian charities. Work full-time, 40 hours weekly, with shifts from 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm Monday through Thursday and 10:00 am to 7:00 pm Friday, plus occasional Saturday shifts from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Requires a professional home office, high-speed internet, USB headset, webcam, and a newer Windows PC or laptop. Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years' customer service and call center experience
- Availability to work 1:00pm to 10:00pm Mon -Thu and 10:00am to 7:00pm Fri (EST)
- Availability to work occasional Saturday shifts (10:00am to 5:00pm)
- You are technically savvy and self-reliant
- You love talking to people and are a great communicator
- A professional work from home office space
- High-speed cabled internet connection (min of 25 mbps down/5 mbps up)
- A USB headset and webcam
- A newer-version Windows PC or laptop computer (Apple or Mac are not supported)
