Job Summary
Provide first-point-of-contact customer support via phone, resolve inquiries with clear, accurate, and empathetic resolutions, and handle escalations within established guidelines. Duties include applying critical thinking to troubleshoot issues, approving adjustments or returns when appropriate, following up to ensure satisfaction, upholding confidentiality and integrity, staying informed on product updates and policies, collaborating with team members and leadership to improve processes, and participating in ongoing training to enhance customer service excellence. Must possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, be reliable and ethical, and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with performance goals. This is a full-time, work-from-home role based in Texas, requiring a PC meeting specified technical requirements and the ability to work remotely.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience (retail, call center, or hospitality preferred)
