Job Summary
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, actively listening to concerns and providing clear, accurate, and empathetic resolutions. Handle escalations with professionalism, troubleshoot issues using critical thinking, and approve adjustments or returns within established guidelines. Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction while maintaining confidentiality of customer data and company policies. Work closely with team members to improve service processes and participate in ongoing training to enhance skills. This remote position offers competitive pay starting at $15.00/hr, recognition-based incentives, and PTO. Candidates need 1+ years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a tech-savvy setup including a desktop or laptop with Windows 11, 6GB+ RAM, and a wired USB headset.
