Job Summary
Directly supports the store manager, ensuring the store runs efficiently and policies are followed while helping maximize sales and maintain asset control. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service leadership to all customers, greeting customers, ensuring company policies are followed, promoting and maintaining a clean and organized store appearance, efficiently processing cash and card transactions, implementing merchandising and marketing programs (including plan-o-gram integrity and sign placement), rotating foodservice products to keep them fresh, monitoring store activities for proper transactions, and responding quickly to emergencies for the safety of customers and employees.
