Job Summary
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to resolve post-installation service requests and coordinate necessary follow-ups. Schedule service appointments, order replacement parts through manufacturers, and communicate schedule updates and timelines to clients. Escalate urgent concerns to branch leadership as needed. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. West Shore Home is a fast-growing home remodeling company with over 40 locations nationwide.
