Job Summary
Provide frontline customer service for West Shore Home's Cincinnati branch, handling high-volume calls, responding to requests for support related to products previously installed, diagnosing product problems, scheduling service visits, coordinating parts with manufacturers, and keeping customers informed of schedule changes. Escalate customer issues to the General Manager and Customer Service Manager as needed, while delivering a 5-star customer experience and maintaining independence and high accountability in daily work.
