Job Summary
Customer Service Representative in a retail banking environment responsible for welcoming customers, processing bank transactions accurately and timely, cross-selling products, handling deposits and payments, maintaining cash drawers and vault duties, assisting with ATM maintenance, handling account openings and closes, and ensuring compliance with bank policies while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Requires strong communication, clerical, and computer skills with attention to detail and ability to balance daily transactions; supportive of risk management and regulatory requirements across routine customer interactions.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalency
- Prior cash handling experience
- Prior Customer service experience
- Excellent business communication skills, both verbal and written
- General computer skills
- Proficient typing skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills
