Job Summary
Customer Service Representative in Retail Banking responsible for processing bank transactions accurately and timely, providing warm and friendly service, cross-selling products, handling deposits and loan payments, maintaining cash drawers, assisting with ATM operations, and supporting opening/closing of accounts; participates in community events and adheres to applicable banking regulations and policies while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalency
- Prior cash handling experience
- Prior Customer service experience
- Excellent business communication skills, both verbal and written
- General computer skills
- Proficient typing skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills
