Customer Service Representative

Weigh and purchase inbound scrap while obtaining required information from customers for all transactions. Complete purchasing and shipping documents and perform general office administration duties such as answering phones, greeting customers, and responding to emails. Provide a best-in-class customer experience in a fast-paced, non-stop environment while remaining organized and willing to cross-train in other positions to assist teammates. This role requires working well under pressure with excellent communication and time management skills within the scrap metal recycling industry.
