Customer Service Representative - Weekday Opener 4:30AM-12:30P

Responsible for new member sales and creating a positive member experience by providing superior customer service to members, prospective members, and guests. Essential duties include greeting potential members, handling front desk tasks such as answering phone calls, facilitating member services, and maintaining the cleanliness of the club. The role requires effective communication, active listening, problem-solving skills, and a diplomatic approach in all interactions. Physical demands include standing and walking at least 75% of the shift and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time.
