Job Summary
Customer Service Representative/Service Coordinator at Culligan by WaterCo responsible for managing inbound/outbound calls, scheduling service appointments, and coordinating routes to optimize field technician efficiency. Responsibilities include in-person customer support, setting up and maintaining customer accounts, tracking service completion, resolving scheduling conflicts with field teams, processing invoices/work orders/discounts, real-time coordination with field staff, and monitoring daily call volumes to propose process improvements. Requires 1+ years in customer service or route coordination (preferred), and a high school diploma or GED (with associate’s/bachelor’s degree preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel and systems such as IFS or Salesforce, plus strong communication and organizational skills, are desired.
