Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
Handle high-volume customer calls and process orders for new, changed, or discontinued service; accept payments from customers; research billing inquiries and update customer account information; collaborate with Waste Connections employees to determine service requirements, resolve problems or complaints, and pursue cost-effective, safe environmentally sound solutions to service issues. Must have 2 years of high-volume Customer Service experience and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Required Qualifications
- 2 years of high volume Customer Service experience
