Job Summary
Provide friendly and courteous service to consumers and business clients across nine Western states while performing efficient and accurate banking transactions. Adhere to bank policies and procedures designed to comply with Federal regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act, and OFAC regulations. Maintain high attention to detail and integrity while using multiple computer systems and digital channels to support clients. Work Monday through Friday with weekends off in a highly engaged environment focused on kindness and community financial health. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or approved equivalent
- Basic math skills
- 10-key and keyboarding
- Proficient in standard Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook
- Well-developed smart phone and digital channel skills
- Must be organized
- Excellent communication skills
- Personable attitude
- Previous work in retail, consumer service delivery, or client relations
