Job Summary
Provide friendly and accurate banking transactions to clients while maintaining a positive first impression. Operate multiple computer systems and digital channels to process consumer and business client services across nine Western states. Adhere to federal regulations including the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act, and OFAC compliance. Apply strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools to ensure efficient service delivery. Maintain high integrity and build rapport with customers while reflecting corporate values of teamwork, ownership, and simplicity.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or approved equivalent
- Basic math skills
- 10-key and keyboarding
- Proficient in standard Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook
- Well-developed smart phone and digital channel skills
- Must be organized
- Excellent communication skills
- Personable attitude
- Previous work in retail, consumer service delivery, or client relations
