Job Summary
Provide friendly, accurate banking transactions and a positive first impression to clients while adhering to Federal regulations including the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act, and OFAC. Maintain high attention to detail using multiple computer systems and digital channels, ensuring all service delivery reflects corporate values of integrity, teamwork, and kindness. Work Monday through Friday with weekends off, supporting a career path where internal promotion is a top priority within a century-old financial leader serving nine Western states.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or approved equivalent
- Basic math skills
- 10-key and keyboarding
- Proficient in standard Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook
- Well-developed smart phone and digital channel skills
- Must be organized
- Excellent communication skills
- Personable attitude
- Previous work in retail, consumer service delivery, or client relations
