Adhere to Federal regulations including the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act, and OFAC while maintaining integrity and strong communication skills. Utilize multiple computer systems, Microsoft Office tools, and digital channels to support daily operations. Begin Monday through Friday with weekends off, reflecting our corporate values of teamwork, ownership, and service. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or approved equivalent
- Basic math skills
- 10-key skills
- Keyboarding skills
- Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook
- Well-developed smart phone and digital channel skills

- Previous work in retail, consumer service delivery, or client relations
