Job Summary
Customer Service Representative handling inbound calls to assist members and providers with benefit inquiries, eligibility, referrals, and prior authorizations, while identifying processing inaccuracies in claim payments and routing them appropriately. Responsibilities include maintaining organized records, following up to resolve issues, staying current with healthcare/insurance policies and compliance, clearly describing services to members/providers, and collaborating with teammates to enhance the overall client experience. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years in the insurance industry; strong verbal and written communication skills and a customer-service orientation are essential.
Required Qualifications
