Job Summary
Handle all client interactions in a professional and courteous manner, providing accurate information and solutions while entering and confirming client data in the database. Educate clients about products and services, recommending additional solutions based on their needs. Maintain strong working knowledge of all Vredevoogd products and services, meeting established standards for compliance, job knowledge, quality, attendance, efficiency, initiative, and overall performance. Complete training at the Grandville location starting June 9. Available for weekend and closing shifts with a positive attitude and professional demeanor in all internal and external interactions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be available for weekend and closing shifts
- Must be able to complete training at our Grandville location starting June 9

- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong data entry and computer skills in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly phone voice
