Job Summary
Interact with customers via phone or email to address inquiries, provide information, and offer service assistance. Identify and analyze customer needs to provide creative solutions, schedule appropriate services, and escalate complex issues to management. Maintain detailed records of interactions and resolutions in the customer management system while efficiently dispatching vehicles and personnel to customer sites based on location, urgency, and availability. Develop product knowledge to ensure accurate information delivery. Requires high school diploma, one to three years of customer service experience, and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. Available for regular shifts Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM at the service center.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One (1) – three (3) years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to prioritize tasks
- Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a team and handle high-stress situations with professionalism
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs
- Position requires you to be available to work in the office at the service center, not remotely
- Regular shifts are available between Vortex business hours of 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM; Monday through Friday
