Job Summary
Interact with customers via phone and email to address inquiries, provide information, and offer service assistance. Identify and analyze customer needs to provide creative solutions, schedule appropriate services, and escalate complex issues to management. Maintain detailed records of interactions and resolutions in the customer management system while efficiently dispatching vehicles and personnel to customer sites based on location, urgency, and availability. Develop product knowledge to ensure accurate information delivery. Requires a high school diploma, one to three years of customer service experience, proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced office environment.
