Job Summary
Customer Service Representative (CSR) for Volvo Trucks in Reading. Responsible for delivering high-quality support to customers, dealers, and partners; resolving inquiries related to trucks, parts, services, and warranties; coordinating with dealers and service centers; handling order processing, tracking, and follow-ups; documenting customer interactions in CRM; escalating complex issues; supporting aftersales services and maintenance scheduling; maintaining compliance with policies and service standards; and delivering a positive brand experience.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in automotive, logistics, or heavy equipment industries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic technical understanding of vehicles or willingness to learn
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
