Job Summary
Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and schedule appointments while determining customer needs in a calm and professional manner. Input customer information into computer software efficiently, manage digital and hard copy filing systems for insurance partners, and handle outbound calls to update customers on repair status and follow up with insurance companies. Perform receptionist duties including light bookkeeping, accounts receivable, and entering customer payments, while maintaining a safe, clean reception area and organizing documents. Manage inventory of office supplies and provide administrative support to collision consultants and the accountant. Maintain a safe and clean reception area and perform other clerical work such as photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful, and high-volume environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional attitude and appearance
