Job Summary
Handle and resolve customer complaints by obtaining and evaluating relevant information for product and service inquiries. Perform customer verification, process orders and forms, and direct unresolved issues to designated departments. Keep detailed records of interactions, comments, and complaints while preparing and distributing customer activity reports. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Requires at least one year of customer service experience, strong English communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM programs. Full-time role with 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday hours.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of Customer Service experience
- Good English communication skills both oral and written
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM Programs
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Knowledge of G Suite and relevant computer applications
- A high degree of initiative and able to work with minimal supervision
- A team player and can motivate other team members
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Bachelor's/College Degree
- 1 year
