Job Summary
Patient Concierge Representative for our US-facing healthcare-platform team. Responsibilities include taking patient calls to schedule appointments, guiding navigation of the practice website and patient app, answering non-clinical questions, de-escalating dissatisfied patients, informing patients about test results or upcoming care events, assisting with billing/account information, and collaborating with concierge colleagues to improve patient experience. Required skills include university degree, strong English and Spanish communication, active listening, empathy, time management, adaptability, troubleshooting, and familiarity with Salesforce Health Cloud or healthcare customer service experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- University degree
- Fluent in English and Spanish (C1 or above preferred)
- Strong communication (written and verbal)
- Excellent active listening

- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Computer literacy (Salesforce Health Cloud a plus)
- Phone skills with multi-line systems
