Job Summary
Customer Service Representative responsible for processing orders with accurate paperwork, handling inbound/outbound calls, documenting interactions in customer accounts, coordinating branch transactions, and managing patient balances and payment plans. Maintains knowledge of company policies, medical billing practices, and regulatory requirements; develops product/service knowledge and builds strong relationships with patients, customers, and branch staff. Works 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. with on-call rotations; performs duties with professionalism and a focus on service excellence.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of medical billing practices, eligibility and insurance requirements, and billing reimbursement.
