Job Summary
Customer Service Representative (Remote; Draper, UT radius) handles inbound and outbound calls to support customers through their lease-to-own experience. Virtual training for four weeks followed by full-time shifts (Mon-Fri 8:30 AM–5:00 PM; optional weekend coverage 10:30 AM–7:00 PM). Requires a high school diploma or GED, 18+, and a home workspace with a wired internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps down, 4 Mbps up). Demonstrates excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication; proficient computer skills and ability to multitask across multiple software applications. Compensation at $17/hour. Start date: July 13, 2026. Must reside within 60 miles of Draper, UT; remote work allowed with a designated home workspace and reliable internet.”,
Required Qualifications
