Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative will support the outside sales team, operations team and customers with prompt service, accurate order entry, on-time delivery of product and effective issue resolution. Responsibilities include evaluating customer requests for sales opportunities, managing customer orders and quotation files with 100% accuracy, coordinating and expediting orders while keeping customers informed, proactively addressing customer complaints and requests to expedite, collaborating with sales and dispatch to facilitate information flow about quotes, quality issues, deliveries, prospective accounts, and customer feedback, providing feedback reports to the Main Office and Supervisor, learning and operating Microsoft Dynamics CRM, following up on customer quotations, and adhering to company policy and procedures. Skills/experience include exceptional customer service, strong written and verbal communication, independent prioritization, proficiency with email/PC and Excel, knowledge of purchasing/ pricing/ terms/ shipment/ payment practices, ability to learn product information for effective positioning, self-motivation, and a proven sales record; Oil & Gas experience is a plus; 3+ years in Customer Service or related field.
