Job Summary
Customer Service Representative at United Air Temp handling inbound calls from the COD/Marketing queue, assisting with calls in other queues as needed, responding to requests for services, repair calls, and Podium inquiries, building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, and solving scheduling conflicts between customers and technicians. Requires experience in customer service or sales, excellent verbal communication, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, and comfort with a full-time office environment. Location: Lorton, VA. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and bonuses. Starting at $20/hour with bonuses.
