Job Summary
Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology. Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to help them navigate the website and online ordering system. Become a product and solutions expert by answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently. Various on-site shifts are available. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) is required. High school diploma or equivalent is needed, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
