Job Summary
Process customer orders, make product recommendations, and handle account inquiries using world-class technology. Build business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat by understanding their needs and recommending Uline's best solutions. Help customers navigate the website and online ordering while answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly. Complete in-depth training to sharpen communication and problem-solving skills within a collaborative, on-site environment. This role offers significant growth potential with a $2 shift differential and includes paid holidays, generous PTO, and a 401(k) match starting day one.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
