Job Summary
Customer Service Representative - handle customer orders, provide product recommendations, and answer questions via phone, email, and chat. Build relationships with customers, navigate Uline's website for online ordering, and act as a product and solutions expert using provided technology. Receive in-depth training, participate in a collaborative in-person environment with team events, and work on-site at multiple WI/IL locations. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Strong problem-solving, listening, and communication skills are essential, and prior customer service experience is a plus.
