Job Summary
Process customer orders, provide product recommendations, and handle account inquiries using world-class technology. Become a product and solutions expert, building strong customer relationships via phone, email, and chat. Understand customer needs, answer questions about product, pricing, and shipping, and guide customers through Uline's website and online ordering. Participate in in-depth training and mentoring, with opportunities for growth in a collaborative, in-person environment at Uline's Kenosha/Waukegan/Pleasant Prairie/Gurnee/Racine locations. All roles are on-site with a focus on delivering legendary customer service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
- Strong problem-solving, listening, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and ability to be trained
