Job Summary
Answer and respond to customer calls and emails while placing orders, setting up new accounts, and creating sale returns. Follow up on orders to provide tracking updates, check inventory, and communicate backorders. Help customers navigate the GetGarveys website, determine pricing, and assist the sales team with customer maintenance. Update notes for deliveries and addresses, process credit cards, post new items to the website, release orders for fulfillment, and create custom stamp designs. Requires an Associate's degree preferred, Microsoft Office proficiency, and 1-5 years of customer service experience. Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with medical, dental, vision, 401K, and 3 weeks PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (including Outlook, Word and Excel)
Desired Qualifications
- Associates Degree preferred
- 1-5 years of Customer Service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
