Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative position at U-Haul in Macungie, PA. Responsibilities include assisting customers inside and outside a U-Haul center, using smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory, moving and hooking up trucks and trailers, cleaning and inspecting equipment, answering questions and educating customers about products and services, preparing rental invoices and accepting equipment returns, installing hitches and trailer wiring, filling propane (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment), and driving a forklift (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment). Participates in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
