Customer Service Representative

Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services using smartphone-based U-Scan technology. Move and hook up trucks and trailers, then clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels. Answer customer questions, prepare rental invoices, and accept equipment returns while installing hitches and trailer wiring. Fill propane upon certification and operate a forklift with proper training. This role requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma, and availability for evening and weekend shifts. U-Haul offers on-the-job education through U-Haul University, a $100 hiring bonus, and a $300 bonus for completing the Equipment Inspection and Verification certification.
