Customer Service Representative

Assist customers inside and outside the center with products and services, using smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory. Move and hook up trucks and trailers, then clean and inspect equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels. Answer customer questions, prepare rental invoices, and accept returned equipment while installing hitches and trailer wiring. Fill propane tanks and operate a forklift as needed. This role involves moderate physical exertion and requires a valid driver's license. U-Haul offers on-the-job education through U-Haul University and a supportive team environment.
