Customer Service Representative

Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services while using smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory. Move and hook up trucks and trailers, then clean and inspect equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels. Answer customer questions, prepare rental invoices, and accept returned equipment. Install hitches and trailer wiring, fill propane, and operate a forklift with certification provided upon employment. Drive a forklift and perform other duties as assigned. Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University. This role offers on-the-job training and a supportive team environment within the company's family of businesses serving do-it-yourself movers.
