Customer Service Representative

Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services while using smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory. Move and hook up trucks and trailers, then clean and inspect equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels. Answer product questions, prepare rental invoices, accept returned equipment, and install hitches and trailer wiring. Fill propane with certification offered through U-Haul upon employment. Drive a forklift with certification provided after hiring. Participate in ongoing continuous education through U-Haul University. This role involves moderate physical exertion and requires a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
