Required Qualifications

• •Valid driver's license
• •Ability to maintain a good driving record
• •High school diploma or equivalent
• •Must be able to lift equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs
• •Must be able to move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers
• •Must be able to clean and inspect equipment on the lot
• •Must be able to answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services
• •Must be able to prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental
• •Must be able to install hitches and trailer wiring
• •Must be able to fill propane
• •Must be able to drive a forklift
• •Must be able to use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory
• •Must be able to assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services
• •Must be able to work as part of a supportive team
• •Must be able to be the face of U-Haul company's exceptional service
• •Must be able to ensure that customers get all the help they need on their journeys
• •Must be able to work around moving parts or machines
• •Must be able to work with fumes or irritant chemicals
• •Must be able to use protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves or shields
• •Must be able to remain stationary for long periods
• •Must be able to move around indoors and outdoors
• •Must be able to position oneself to reach objects at varying heights
