Job Summary
Customer Service Representative responsibilities include assisting customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services, using smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory, moving and hooking up trucks and trailers, cleaning and inspecting equipment, answering questions, preparing rental invoices, and accepting equipment returns. The role includes installing hitches and trailer wiring, filling propane (certification offered upon employment), and driving a forklift (certification offered upon employment). Ongoing education through U-Haul University is expected; the posting notes paid interviews and bonus incentives, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
