Job Summary
Customer Service Representative responsibilities include assisting customers inside and outside a U-Haul center, using smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory, moving and hooking up U-Haul trucks and trailers, inspecting equipment, answering questions and educating customers about products and services, preparing rental invoices and accepting returned equipment, installing hitches and trailer wiring, filling propane (certification offered upon employment), and driving a forklift (certification offered upon employment). The role includes participation in ongoing education through U-Haul University and offers on-the-job education and a range of benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
