Job Summary
Customer Service Representative for U-Haul to be the face of our service, assisting customers with products and services inside and outside a U-Haul center. Responsibilities include using smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory, moving and hooking up trucks and trailers, inspecting/cleaning equipment, answering questions about products and services, preparing rental invoices, and performing related duties such as installing hitches and trailer wiring, filling propane (certification offered), and forklift operation (certification offered). The role involves ongoing education through U-Haul University and contributes to customer satisfaction through proactive service and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
