Customer Service Representative

Provide front-line customer service for U-Haul customers at a Honolulu location, assisting with products and services, managing rentals and equipment via smartphone-based U-Scan, moving and hooking up trucks and trailers, inspecting equipment, preparing rental invoices, and educating customers on offerings. Responsibilities include answering questions, ensuring safety and maintenance, handling propane fills (certification offered during employment), and participating in ongoing U-Haul education.
