Job Summary

Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services using smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory. Move and hook up trucks and trailers, then clean and inspect equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels. Answer questions regarding products, prepare rental invoices, and accept returned equipment while installing hitches and trailer wiring. Fill propane and operate a forklift with certification offered through U-Haul upon employment. Participate in ongoing continuous education through U-Haul University. This role involves moderate physical exertion and requires a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
