Job Summary
Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services, using smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory. Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers, while cleaning and inspecting equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels. Answer questions regarding products and services, prepare rental invoices, and accept equipment returns. Install hitches and trailer wiring, and fill propane with certification offered upon employment. Drive a forklift with certification provided after hiring. Participate in ongoing continuous education through U-Haul University. This role requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma, and ability to handle physical exertion moving equipment weighing at least 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications

- Must be able to lift equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs
- Must be able to move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers
