Job Summary
Customer Service Representative at U-Haul in Pleasanton, CA. Responsibilities include assisting customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services, using smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory, moving and hooking up U-Haul trucks and trailers, inspecting and maintaining equipment on the lot, answering questions and educating customers about products and services, preparing rental invoices and accepting equipment returned, installing hitches and trailer wiring, filling propane (certification offered upon employment), and driving a forklift (certification offered upon employment). Participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University. Minimum qualifications include a valid driver’s license and high school diploma or equivalent.
